1. Sweet potato ¥1,700

A dish made with syrup and caramel sauce that brings out the sweetness of sweet potatoes, generously poured over fluffy shaved ice. Accompanied by fragrant sweet potato chips and rich roasted sweet potatoes, it is a luxurious taste that gives you a taste of autumn.

2. Figs and raw ham ¥1,800

The rich fig sauce and the salty taste of the prosciutto go together perfectly. Crispy, sweet figs are placed on top, and the aroma of Parmesan cheese is an accent. The inside is layered with fig paste and mascarpone cream, making it a masterpiece that combines the sweetness of the fruit with the smoothness of the cream.

3. Mont Blanc and black tea ¥1,800
