strengthens energy saving business by acquiring CLIMATECH to the industry leader in the Australian HVAC market

Sojitz Co., Ltd. (hereinafter " Sojitz a CLIMATECH based in New Southwales through the new South Wales State, through the aim of strengthening the energy -saving service business in Australia. We have concluded a sales contract to get 70%of the issued shares of Group Holdings PTY LTD. (hereinafter "Climatech")

Australian HVAC market growth and increased energy -saving demand
