“Nagoya Ramen Festival 2025” will be held!

“Nagoya Ramen Festival 2025,” the largest ramen event in the Tokai area that is a must-see for ramen lovers, will be held from January 28, 2025 (Tuesday). This year as well, we have a gorgeous lineup with 10 stores per act, spanning a total of three acts In addition, one shop in each act that produces the ramen bible ``Ultimate Ramen'' in the Tokai area will appear! Up-and-coming famous restaurants will be showing off their best drinks.

At this Ramen Festival, the following famous restaurants produced by ``Kyokugen Ramen'' will be participating.

Act 1 (1/28 - 2/2): "Lightning Fire"
appears in a collaboration project with Chukyo TV's "Gutaku"! Details of what special menu will be offered will be announced at a later date.
Act 2 (2/4 - 2/9): "Tsubame Sanjo",
a specialty store of "Tsubame Sanjo Ramen" originating from Niigata, has arrived in Nagoya for the first time! We offer ``Superior Wagyu Salt Soba'' that has the concentrated flavor of beef.
“Hokkaido scallop hot water ramen with rich shellfish pork soup” is presented by two popular Gifu restaurants, “Shellfish soup ramen clam” & “Mentei Makita” appears. The hot water soup packed with the flavor of scallops and pork and the special chashu are exquisite.
