Birth of “Yume Aji” – Pursuit of the world’s most delicious farmed fish
``Yume Aji'' is a product of Goro Yoshizaki, co-founder of Sakana Dream Co., Ltd. and professor at Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology, who focused on the phantom fish ``Kaiwari'', which had rarely been distributed in the market until now, in order to change the concept of farmed fish. It was born from this. Kaiwari is a fish that is highly valued by brokers at Toyosu Market, but the amount of fish caught is unstable, and it rarely appears on the general market.
