This event will feature a live demonstration of the Japanese knife forging process, a talk session with a skilled craftsman, and a hands-on experience in making your own knife. There will also be an exhibition of the latest Japanese knives made by various craftsmen, as well as a free name engraving service. There will also be a prize raffle where you can win a high-quality Japanese knife, and the entire event will be enriched by live music by guitarist Kazumaro Konami.
