Grand opening in 2025! New stores opening one after another at Kansai International Airport T1

A new commercial facility will be added to the Kansai International Airport undergoing large-scale renovation in preparation for the Osaka/Kansai Expo

Kansai Airports Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that the stores to open in the new commercial area in Phase 3 of the Kansai International Airport Terminal 1 (T1) renovation project have been decided. This will open a total of 13 new stores, including restaurants, merchandise stores, duty-free shops, and service facilities

Initiatives for grand opening

The T1 renovation at Kansai International Airport is aiming for a grand opening in the spring of 2025, and will become an important base for welcoming visitors from all over the world to Expo 2020 in Osaka and Kansai. Kansai Airports Group will proceed with the renovation work in cooperation with related parties, with safety and security as our top priority.
