The outdoor film festival "Forest Film Festival Beyond the Hill 2025" will be held at INN THE PARK Numazu, Numazu, Numazu City, Shizuoka Prefecture from Saturday, September 27th to Sunday, September 28th, 2025. About two hours by car from the city centre, a movie experience in a natural environment will be an unforgettable time for movie fans and outdoor enthusiasts.

This event will feature outdoor film screenings and various movie-related content. The venue features a large grassy square and a spherical dome tent, and will be screening the classic film "New Cinema Paradise" and the 95th Academy Award-nominated film "Aftersun." These films give you a deep sense of the specialness of watching movies in cinemas and the bonds you have with your family and loved ones.
Special content and experiences
After the screening, a 16mm film screening using a film projector that appears in the film "New Cinema Paradise" will be held with commentary, allowing you to enjoy the film even more deeply. The usual "dawn yoga" is also held in the morning, offering a peaceful morning moment. These experiences are sure to be an unforgettable memory for all movie lovers.
