"SALTED CARAMEL PEANUT BUTTER," a collaboration between HAPPY NUTS DAY, a brand specializing in additive-free peanut butter, and chef Watanabe Yasuhiro, will be available for sale in spring only from Friday, February 21, 2025. This new product features an exquisite harmony of a bittersweet, elegant flavored caramel sauce and fragrant lightly roasted peanut butter. Watanabe Yasuhiro is a chef born in Tottori Prefecture in 1980 and is active in cooking classes, mainly Italian cuisine, and in providing recipes to businesses. We have also been running the YouTube channel "Sese Channel" since 2020, introducing simple yet surprisingly delicious dishes. His books include "Fruit Cooking" and "Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter, Daily Feasts."

Collaboration story

His interactions with Watanabe began when he was able to sell HAPPY NUTS DAY peanut butter at his shop, cibo e gino. In the spring of 2024, Watanabe received a suggestion that he wanted to make caramel peanut butter, and the collaboration was made possible. We have made many prototypes and reflected each other's ideas to create a unique flavor.
