New initiatives to deliver "memorable experiences" to the local community with LED balloons, bubbles, light and flames
"SparkLightLink" is launched, a new entertainment service that brings out the charm of the region through "light".
First Innovation Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kinone Yushi) has collaborated with its group company LinksEntertainment LLC (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture; CEO: Kajikawa Takashi) and Kinmokusei LLC to begin nationwide expansion of its new local entertainment service, SparkLightLink
With the concept of "illuminating the town with light and excitement," this service offers experiential performances that combine LED balloons, bubbles, light, and even natural flames (campfires). We deliver fantastic and memorable performances to local events, festivals, and community activities.
Installation costs and customization
"SparkLightLink" is available as a complete event package starting from 500,000 yen (tax included). It can also flexibly customize the needs of local and organizations, providing comprehensive support from setting the theme of the production to workshops.
Experience introduction: Success stories all over Japan
▪︎ November 23, 2023 | Yamaguchi Connecting Thanksgiving Festival
At the event held in Yamaguchi Prefecture, 200 LED balloons and soap bubbles were used to create light. Visitors raised comments saying, "It's like I'm in a picture book," and it became a hot topic on social media.
▪︎ March 8, 2025 | Kesennuma Oshima Ryugu Festival
Taking advantage of the seaside location, we create an immersive space with 300 coral-colored LED balloons and projection mapping. With the theme of "Ryugu Castle of Light," the show captivated visitors with its integrated video, sound and wind.
▪︎ April 12, 2025 | Suo Oshima Connection Festival
Full-scale productions include 350 LED balloons, bubbles, light-up and a campfire. Local children also participated in the production and direction, which was an opportunity to deepen local ties.
Five "lights" brought to you by "SparkLightLink"
- The Light of Connection – Connecting people across generations and positions
- Local Light – Stretching out the region's inherent culture and landscape
- A light of hope – a symbol of a re-start since the COVID-19 pandemic
- Light of Memory – Creates a memorable experience for participants
- The Light of the Future – Bringing new experiences to children
"Town Story" Created with Local Residents
"SparkLightLink" provides "participatory entertainment" that local residents can participate in from the planning stage. Local initiatives are possible, such as workshops on making glowing balloons by children and artwork that is based on the local traditional culture. This allows events to be connected to local pride and continuous bond formation, rather than being transient.
Comment from CEO Kajikawa
"We started with the desire to create a stage where the local community will be the main character, not just a production, but a light. We want to create a service that allows us to grow together with the local community, while cherishing the natural kindness of each of our flames, balloons, and bubbles."
Kajikawa Takashi, CEO of Links Entertainment LLC
First Innovation Comment from Representative Kinone
"Light has "impressions" and "memories" that cannot be conveyed through technology alone. We hope that through SparkLightLink, this will be an opportunity for each region to be proud of their culture and identity."
Kinone Yushi, CEO of First Innovation

Future prospects and vision
SparkLightLink will be fully expanding nationwide from 2025. We plan to implement the following initiatives over the next three years:
- Development of regional production packages
- Collaboration with light workshops in elementary and junior high schools
- Establishing a regional production system through comprehensive partnerships with local governments
- Producing 20 events a year
In the future, we aim to realize a society where people can connect with light, with the aim of expanding into the fields of education, tourism and welfare.
