ART AQUARIUM Association (executive members: Amuseum Parks, CEOs Kamei Takaaki and Mabuchi Akihiro) has officially announced the holding of the "Art Aquarium Exhibition Nagoya 2025." The venue is Chunichi Hall & Conference, 6th floor Chunichi Building, in Sakae, the center of Nagoya. The event will be held for a limited time only, in line with the summer vacation season from Friday, July 18th to Monday, September 15th, 2025.

It will be the first time in 7 years since 2018 that the event will be held in Nagoya. This is a valuable opportunity to experience again in the Tokai region.

What is the Art Aquarium?

An immersive art space that is captivated by light, incense and sound

"Art Aquarium" is a completely new and experiential art that combines traditional goldfish appreciation culture with modern art. Since its launch in Tokyo in 2007, it has been held as a limited-time event all over Japan. With its fantastic space beauty and performance, it has attracted a total of 12.3 million people (as of February 2025).

The beautiful design of aquarium works, the five senses stimulating through the light, sound and fragrance, and the extraordinary world of diverse goldfish will captivate visitors.

Venue: Chunichi Building, a new landmark in Sakae, Nagoya

The venue for this time is the Chunichi Building, a new famous spot in Sakae, Nagoya, which was renovated and reopened in 2024. This is a 33-story complex with a state-of-the-art building with food, beverage, merchandise, hotels, offices, and more.

The Chunichi Hall & Conference, which will be the exhibition venue, is a multi-purpose hall that was newly created on the site of the former Chunichi Theater. It is attracting attention as a hub for creating entertainment.

The Art Aquarium Museum GINZA can also be experienced all year round.

The permanent exhibition facility is open all year round at the Art Aquarium Museum GINZA (8th floor of Ginza Mitsukoshi New Building) in Ginza, Tokyo. Here, there are changes of aquarium works and new exhibits displayed depending on the season, making it a space where you can discover new things no matter how many times you visit.
