On October 16, 2024, TatoBe Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, President and Representative Director: Yutaro Hamaguchi) changed its company name to "Tabiji Partners Co., Ltd." Along with this, we will also renew our corporate logo and company website, and begin initiatives aimed at further growth.

Background of the company name change

Tabiji Partners Co., Ltd.'s mission is to "boost Japan's tourism industry with the power of finance." We mainly focus on the private lodging industry and are developing an M&A brokerage business specializing in the tourism industry.

In our first year in business, we successfully completed 20 M&A deals targeting private lodging properties, establishing a solid position in the tourism industry. The founders, Hamaguchi and Kikuchi, believe that Japan's tourism industry has great growth potential through inn management and accommodation M&A consulting.
Japan's tourism industry is currently on a ``journey'' of growth, and in order to move forward on that journey even more strongly, we have changed our company name to ``Tabiji Partners Co., Ltd.'' with the aim of acting as a supporting partner with financial strength. It has come to this.
