As we overcome the coronavirus pandemic and become more individualized, Grandia Hosen invested more than 800 million yen in organizational reforms and service training, and created new, one-of-a-kind guest rooms and dining areas. We have also successfully transitioned from group guest rooms to unique guest rooms, offering a variety of options, including a dinosaur room in collaboration with Fukui Prefecture, a private restaurant, and a Wakasa beef shabu-shabu kaiseki venue.

Our company has launched a five-year Reborn Project. As a result, we have abolished the vertical division between the parent association, the landlady's association, and the youth division, and the youth division has taken the lead in establishing and operating the following committees.

- Event Planning Committee: Planning and managing events through collaboration with different industries.
- Exchange Committee: Works to secure human resources and revitalize the town through lecture activities within the prefecture, outside the prefecture, and overseas.
Through this initiative, we are also contributing to the revitalization of Fukui Prefecture as a whole. In addition, the landlady, who serves as the head of the landlady's association, has developed a sake called ``Landlady,'' which has been very well received.
