This new product is a chip-style snack made from carefully smoked beef tongue marinated in a special salt sauce and made into bite-sized pieces that are easy to eat. It is characterized by the firm texture unique to beef tongue and the accented flavor of garlic. By adding grained yuzu pepper from the long-established Kyushu-based Kawazu Foods, the refreshing scent of yuzu and just the right amount of stimulation from the chili pepper will whet your appetite. All ingredients are sourced from Kyushu, and the yuzu skins are carefully peeled by hand.

This product is perfect as an accompaniment to alcoholic beverages such as beer, sake, and white wine, but it can also be used as a topping for salads.
