President Hashimoto’s speech to graduates

President Hashimoto expressed his gratitude and respect to the graduates, their families, and school personnel for their efforts in learning and living under the influence of the new coronavirus infection. I hope you will use the knowledge and experience you have gained through your own efforts to open up new routes.''
Approximately half of our graduates, after obtaining their maritime qualifications, work onboard our group's vessels as third officers or third engineers, building their careers with the aim of becoming captains or chief engineers. As the world's maritime transport volume increases, training and securing talented seafarers is essential to providing safe transport services. Filipino seafarers form the core of our group's crew and contribute to the provision of safe transportation services based on their advanced ship operation technology. Through rigorous training and basic education at MMMA, our group continues to develop excellent seafarers who are ready to serve immediately.

Furthermore, this initiative contributes to one of our sustainability issues, ``empowering people and developing local communities.'' As a responsible player in the social infrastructure business, our group will continue to support people's daily lives through safe operations.
