Godogaishainuwan LLC is a Japanese company and was founded by Kusashita Shinya and Tachibana Naoko, the defense attorneys of Watanabe Mai. The purpose of the establishment is to support Watanabe's rehabilitation activities while reimbursing victims and paying off unpaid taxes.

Background of establishment

New York, United States, has a law called the Son of Sam law, which requires criminals to use the proceeds they have earned from their exposure to their cases to help victims. However, there is no similar legal system in Japan, and there has been repeated discussion about how perpetrators of criminals handle the revenue they have obtained through publication and other means. In response to this situation, Inuwan LLC was established in Japan with the aim of effectively recreating the "Sam's Son Law."

Inuwan LLC will be responsible for managing Watanabe Mai's writing activities and other activities. However, Watanabe himself is not an employee of the LLC, but has concluded a management contract with the LLC. The proceeds that Watanabe earned through his writing activities (e.g. posts on note) are temporarily deposited to Inuwan LLC, and then distributed as follows:

1. paid for the contract fee
   will be paid to Watanabe as contract fee, but since this contract fee is subject to third-party seizure by the National Tax Agency, it will be paid to the National Tax Agency via Inuwan LLC.

2. the payments to the victim
